Refund Policy

Since most furniture products from ARVI Furniture are custom-designed and manufactured, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions.

 

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement and receipt of an advance payment.

 

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be accepted only before production has started. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the furniture.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Order cancelled before production begins

• Advance payment made for an order that cannot be fulfilled

 

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, customers should notify ARVI Furniture within a reasonable time so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
